Return Policy


At Bola London, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and process refunds in line with UK consumer law.

1. Return & Refund Window

You have the right to cancel your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To do so, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you cancel within this period, we will refund the full purchase price and the cost of standard delivery

2. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and all labels.

Please take reasonable care when trying on items. 

3. Return Process

we will send you a  a pre-paid return label by mail.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Please indicate your preference when initiating your return.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original delivery and return postage costs).

7. Excluded Items

Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Clearance or sale items may be marked as final sale, and this will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
